1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and the operator of the 89ef platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator" or "89ef"), accessible at https://89ef.cam.

1.2 By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager or using any service offered by 89ef, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 89ef platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform constitutes continued acceptance.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User on the 89ef platform for the purpose of accessing services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, address verification and source-of-funds checks as required by the Operator.
• "Platform" means the 89ef website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications through which services are accessed.
• "Services" means all sports betting, casino, live dealer, jackpot, virtual sports and ancillary services made available by 89ef.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staking of real-money Balance on a sporting event, casino game or other offered market.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means countries and regions in which access to and use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law, as published by the Operator.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal gambling age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your local jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

3.2 One Account Per User. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions. The Services are not available to residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts must be used solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not open or operate an account on behalf of a third party.

3.5 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling via the platform's self-exclusion tool or any recognised third-party self-exclusion scheme are not eligible to hold an active Account during the applicable exclusion period.

4. Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

4.1 Registration. To use the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete personal information as requested. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 Verification Documents. The Operator reserves the right to request, at any stage, documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address and the source of funds used for deposits. Acceptable documents may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by the Operator may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality, account access restrictions or permanent account closure.

4.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials will be treated as conducted by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for it.

4.5 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify the Operator immediately at the support contact address listed in Section 16.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where PKR is the designated account currency. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are published on the relevant deposit page of the platform.

5.2 Payment methods accepted by 89ef are displayed at the time of deposit. The Operator makes no representation that any specific payment method — including but not limited to mobile wallet services (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash), instant payment rails (such as Raast), or bank transfers (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) — will be available at any given time. These payment brand names are referenced for contextual familiarity only. 89ef does not claim endorsement, partnership or operational support from any of these providers.

5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.4 The Operator reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method in circumstances including, but not limited to, fraud prevention, AML compliance, or technical error.

5.5 Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be accepted subject to availability. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; the Operator assumes no responsibility for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals are available to Account Holders who have completed KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality restricted.

6.2 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the withdrawal page of the platform. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

6.3 The Operator does not guarantee specific processing times. Processing timelines depend on the payment method chosen, compliance review requirements, the receiving institution's processing schedule, and the Account Holder's verification status.

6.4 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. The Operator reserves the right to use an alternative method where this is not possible, subject to additional verification.

6.5 The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of fraud, AML or responsible-gambling investigations. In such cases, the Account Holder will be notified of the delay and the reason therefor to the extent permissible by applicable law.

6.6 Bonus Funds credited to an Account must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding balance is eligible for withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 From time to time, 89ef may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, reload bonuses and loyalty rewards to Account Holders. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are published per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The Operator reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk, or coordinated multi-accounting.

7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus or promotional offer may be claimed per User, per household, per IP address and per device.

7.5 Bonus amounts and examples published on the 89ef website are illustrative and do not constitute guaranteed promotions. Live offers are subject to change and availability at the Operator's discretion.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets placed through 89ef are subject to the applicable sports betting rules, casino game rules and market-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued and the corresponding amount is deducted from the Account Balance. The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit or void bets at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, technical faults or suspicious betting patterns.

8.3 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting odds fluctuate rapidly. The Operator cannot guarantee the acceptance of live bets during periods of high demand or where a material match event has occurred. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded may be voided.

8.4 Cricket & Sports Events. Cricket markets — including PSL/T20, ICC tournaments and international fixtures involving Pakistan — are subject to standard sports settlement rules. Events abandoned mid-play, affected by weather, or decided by DLS method are settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as published on the platform. References to PSL, ICC or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are sports-context only; 89ef has no official affiliation with these organisations.

8.5 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error — including a software fault, network outage, pricing engine failure or display error — any resulting bets, winnings or bonus credits may be void. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users promptly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89ef platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting a third party in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for any fraudulent, money-laundering or terrorist financing purpose;
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence scripts or similar tools to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting a technical error or software vulnerability for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies using Bonus Funds;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening 89ef staff or other users.

9.1 Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 89ef platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and user interface elements — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89ef and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

11.2 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gambling

12.1 89ef is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help Account Holders maintain control, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion options.

12.2 Adults Only. The platform is available to adults aged 18 or over only — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. The Operator employs age verification procedures and cooperates with recognised age-verification services to prevent underage access.

12.3 Self-Exclusion. You may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the platform for a defined or indefinite period by contacting Player Support. During a self-exclusion period, account access will be suspended and you will not be eligible to receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed in good faith; the Operator accepts no liability for subsequent access resulting from the User circumventing exclusion controls.

13. Account Closure & Suspension

13.1 User-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Player Support. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.2 Operator-Initiated Closure or Suspension. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close an Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, regulatory requirements, or for any other reason at the Operator's sole discretion.

13.3 Where an Account is closed by the Operator due to a material breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit all Account Balance, including real-money funds, pending bets and Bonus Funds, to the extent permissible by applicable law.

13.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a consecutive period specified in the Operator's Inactive Account Policy may be subject to an administration fee or closure. The Operator will provide reasonable advance notice before applying such fees.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Account Holders via email or a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

14.2 Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms creates any submission to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, nor does it imply that the Services are authorised or lawful under Pakistani law.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Operator's licence conditions.

15.3 Pakistani Users: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in Pakistan, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This clause does not constitute legal advice and you are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel.
